基于轮齿等弯曲应力,应用有限元方法对阶梯参数的匹配关系进行优化,提出设计用的选择图表和经验公式;建立齿轮传动等强度优化模型;分析双渐开线齿轮的螺旋角系数和接触线系数,提出了新型齿轮弯曲应力的计算公式。
Based on the bending stress such as gear tooth and so on, the finite element method is used to optimize the matching relation of ladder parameters. The selection chart and empirical formula for design are put forward. The optimization model of gear transmission intensity is established. The spiral angle coefficient and contact of double involute gear Line coefficient, put forward a new gear bending stress calculation formula.
