目的 观察实验性糖尿病大鼠海马超微结构改变。方法 将成年SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(5只)、糖尿病组(12只,经腹腔注射链脉佐菌素制备实验性糖尿病大鼠模型)、糖尿病治疗组门 只,给子部分成模大凤长效胰岛素2-3U/日治疗,使空腹血糖低于 10mmol/L),于成模第3月末及第6月末灌注固定取脑,透射电镜下观察梅马起微结构。结果 电镜下可见糖尿病大鼠海马发生锥体细胞退变。6月组病变较三月组更显著,相应治疗组改变较轻傲。结论 糖尿病可导致大鼠海马锥体细胞退变,早期应用胰岛素治疗可延缓其发生。
Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of hippocampus in experimental diabetic rats. Methods Adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 5), diabetes mellitus group (n = 12), experimental diabetic rat model by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ), diabetic group Model Dafeng long-acting insulin 2-3U / day treatment, fasting blood glucose less than 10mmol / L), at the end of the third month and the end of the sixth month of stereotactic fixed brain, under the transmission electron microscope to observe the microstructure. Results Under electron microscope, degeneration of pyramidal cells occurred in the hippocampus of diabetic rats. The lesion in June group was more significant than that in March, and the corresponding treatment group was lighter and lighter. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus can cause degeneration of hippocampal pyramidal cells in rats. Early application of insulin can delay its occurrence.
