用X射线衍射方法研究了球磨驱动制备Ag50 Ni50 (摩尔比 )合金粉末的机械合金化过程。研究结果表明 ,Ag50 Ni50 的混合粉末能形成有一定固溶度和纳米级晶粒的α Ag和 β Ni两相混合粉末。球磨后的粉末在6 2 0℃热压后 ,尽管两相的颗粒都有所长大 ,但仍然保持纳米尺度。热压块体化的Ag50 Ni50 合金密度很高 ,经6 0 0℃ ,2 4h退火处理后 ,其α Ag和 β Ni相颗粒均成倍长大。显微组织结果表明合金中存在微米级网状α Ag相 ,并讨论了其生成机制
The mechanical alloying process of Ag50 Ni50 (molar ratio) alloy powders by ball milling was investigated by X-ray diffraction. The results show that Ag50 Ni50 mixed powder can form α Ag and β Ni two-phase mixed powders with certain solid solubility and nano-scale grains. After milling the powder at 620 ℃ hot pressing, despite the two-phase particles have grown, but still maintain the nano-scale. The hot-pressed agglomerated Ag50 Ni50 alloy has very high density. After annealing at 600 ℃ and 24 h, the α Ag and β Ni phase grains grow exponentially. The results of the microstructure show that there exists micron-sized reticular α Ag phase in the alloy and its formation mechanism is discussed
