为提高深井巷道围岩注浆加固工程中注浆扩散能力,所需的、最佳的注浆孔间距、注浆压力pc、注浆时间t等参数。基于注浆材料浆液黏度时变效应的重要性,采用理论分析方法,建立单一柱面扩散简化模型,推导注浆扩散半径r与pc和t的关系。通过实验室试验,分别分析普通硅酸盐水泥、加1%水玻璃的水泥浆和GPM-3型高强注浆材料的黏度时变效应。在山西某煤矿进行工业性试验。结果表明:注浆材料的浆液随着时间的延长,浆液的剪切屈服强度变化不明显,浆液的黏度却呈指数关系增大;r随t及pc的增加而增加,但注浆一定时间后增加趋势变得不明显。在注浆工程中,应该考虑浆液黏度、注浆时间、注浆压力对注浆扩散能力的影响。
In order to improve the grouting diffusion ability of the surrounding rock grouting reinforcement project in deep tunnel, the best grouting hole spacing, grouting pressure pc, grouting time t and other parameters are required.
