运用修改过的Joensson-Hogmark模型,对粘涂层的本征硬度进行了计算,得到的结果较为理想,且对粘涂层的复合硬度对测试载荷的依存关系进行了初步解释.指出,一条随F(载荷)变化的硬度曲线才能完整地表达粘涂层的硬度特征;为了进行初步的比较,显微硬度至少应在相同负荷下所测得的结果才有可比性。
The modified Joensson-Hogmark model was used to calculate the intrinsic hardness of the bond coat, and the results were satisfactory. The dependence of bond hardness on the test load was preliminarily explained. The hardness curve of F (load) changes can fully express the hardness characteristics of the adhesive coating. For preliminary comparison, the microhardness should at least be comparable under the same load.
