针对成都铁路局山区铁路小半径曲线接头病害严重的情况,研发了2.5 mⅢb型混凝土枕、弹性调高扣件、扣件通用型桥式接头夹板。通过采用新的轨道结构,铺设准无缝线路和Ⅰ级优质道碴等综合整治技术,使钢轨接头病害大幅度减少,运营实践证明取得了良好效果。
In view of the serious disease of the small radius curve joint of mountain railway in Chengdu Railway Bureau, a 2.5 mⅢb type concrete pillow was developed. The elastic adjustable buckle and fastener universal bridge splint were developed. Through the adoption of new track structure, the laying of quasi-seamless lines and Ⅰ-level high-quality ballast and other comprehensive treatment technology, the rail joint disease greatly reduced, the operation proved to have achieved good results.
