目的:对野葛Pueraria lobata藤茎中的异黄酮类化合物进行研究。方法:采用正相及反相硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离鉴定了12个异黄酮类化合物,分别为:3′-甲氧基大豆苷元(1),芒柄花素(2),染料木素(3),大豆苷元(4),大豆苷(5),染料木苷(6),芒柄花苷(7),5-羟基芒柄花苷(8),毛蕊异黄酮(9),6″-O-乙酰基染料木苷(10),6-″O-乙酰基大豆苷(11),葛根素(12)。结论:化合物9~11为首次从葛属植物中分离得到,化合物1,3,6~8为首次从野葛藤中分离得到。
Objective: To study the isoflavonoids in Pueraria lobata cane. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase and reversed phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Twelve iso-flavonoids were isolated and identified as follows: 3’-methoxy daidzein (1), formononetin (2), genistein (3) Daidzein (5), genistin (6), mangosteen glycoside (7), 5-hydroxymononetin (8), calycosin (9), 6 “-O-acetyl genistin (10 ), 6- ”O-acetyl daidzin (11), puerarin (12). CONCLUSION: Compounds 9-11 are isolated from Pueraria for the first time. Compounds 1, 3, 6-8 are isolated from Pueraria lobata for the first time.
