社会需要合作意识,培养合作精神也要从娃娃抓起,让幼儿从小就懂得合作的重要性,让他们在学习和生活中主动参与合作,从合作中获取成功的体验,以适应社会的需求,幼儿教师要有意识地培养幼儿的合作愿望,引导幼儿通过合作来实现共同目标。
Society needs a sense of cooperation and a spirit of cooperation to start from the baby so that young children can understand the importance of cooperation so that they can take the initiative to participate in the study and life and obtain a successful experience from the cooperation so as to meet the needs of the community. Kindergarten teachers should consciously cultivate young children’s cooperation aspirations and guide children to achieve common goals through cooperation.
