教师专业发展是一种实践,一次次有质量的教研活动更是专业实践的改善过程。为了迎战江苏省教育科研联盟校的比赛课,我校几位教师紧密配合,精心设计教案,进行了两次专题教学研究。集体备课活动是鲜活的教育实践,笔者记述这次备课组活动过程的目的,就是试图找寻教师专业实践的有效路径,在对集体备课真义的找寻中增加意义值与方法值。一、两次教学设计的差异与比较
Professional development of teachers is a practice, time and again the quality of teaching and research activities is the improvement of professional practice. In order to contend for the competition class of Jiangsu Education and Research Union, several teachers in our school worked closely to design teaching plans and conducted two special teaching researches. Collective lesson preparation is a vivid educational practice. The author describes the purpose of this lesson preparation group activity process. It attempts to find an effective path for teacher professional practice and adds meaning and method values to the search for the true meaning of collective lesson preparation.
