文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法及数理统计法,了解陕西省国家级贫困县中学实施《国家学生体质健康标准(以下简称《标准》)》的现状,发现陕西省国家级贫困县半数中学没有组织召开实施《标准》专门会议及培训,测试器材靠学校自己解决,且随机确定测试项目及测试时间。五种《标准》测试仪器测试率在89.9%-33.5%之间等结论,并指出陕西省国家级贫困县贯彻实施《标准》不理想,经济发展水平是制约实施《标准》乃至体育教育事业发展的主要客观因素。
In this paper, we use the methods of literature, questionnaire, fieldwork and mathematical statistics to understand the status quo of implementation of the National Students’ Constitutional Health Standard (hereinafter referred to as “Standards”) in the national poverty-stricken counties in Shaanxi Province. Half of the county middle school did not organize the implementation of “standard” specialized meetings and training, testing equipment by the school itself to solve, and randomly determine the test items and test time. The test results of the five “standard” test instruments ranged from 89.9% to 33.5%. It also pointed out that the implementation of “standards” in the poor counties of Shaanxi Province is not ideal, and the level of economic development restricts the implementation of “standards” and even the development of sports education The main objective factors.
