统计事业的发展进入了前所未有的历史时期,这是历史发展的必然。这一期发展的《统计工作的十大转变》概括了这一趋势。虽然概括的还不是很系统或不是很确切,她是湖北沙市统计工作改革实践的总结。她给我们启示,为我们认清当前统计工作所处的位置提供了重要的参照系。“八五”期间该如何发展;中国的统计应该以何种姿态迎接新世纪的到来。这是摆在统计工作者面前的一道严肃而又极现实的课题,等待我们去探索。
The development of statistics has entered an unprecedented historical period, which is an inevitable historical development. This trend of development is summarized in the “Top Ten Changes in Statistical Work”. Although the summary is not very systematic or not very precise, she is the summary of the reform practice of statistics work in Shashi, Hubei Province.
