目的:研究体外加温43℃对舌癌细胞株形态及超微结构的影响,探讨热疗的作用机理。方法:对舌癌细胞株Tca-8113进行体外43℃加温,通过光镜、透射电镜及MTT法进行观察,研究加温后细胞形态、超微结构及增殖活性的变化。结果:外加温43℃后,细胞形态趋向良性分化,胞质内成熟细胞器增多,出现微丝,增殖活性降低并与加热时间成正比。结论:外加温43℃能使肿瘤细胞趋于成熟,生长速度减慢,恶性程度降低,侵袭、转移力减弱,达到治疗肿瘤的目的。
Objective: To study the effect of warming 43 ℃ on the morphology and ultrastructure of tongue cancer cell lines in vitro and to explore the mechanism of hyperthermia. Methods: The tongue cancer cell line Tca-8113 was heated in vitro at 43 ℃. The morphological changes, ultrastructure and proliferative activity of Tca-8113 were observed by light microscope, transmission electron microscope and MTT. Results: After the cells were heated at 43 ℃, the cell morphology tended to be benign, and the number of mature organelles in the cytoplasm increased. Microfilaments appeared and the proliferative activity decreased and was proportional to the heating time. Conclusion: Exogenous warming at 43 ℃ can make the tumor cells mature, slow down the growth, reduce the malignant degree, reduce the invasion and metastasis, and achieve the goal of treating the tumor.
