过去,我厂生产铁锅使用的是Z20～Z35生铁,铸出来的锅强度低,抗急冷急热性能差,不耐氧化,寿命短,并且生产成本高。多年来,尽管在熔化和模具诸方面作了不少工作,但收效甚微。 1982年,我们着手用稀土处理铸锅铁水,同时吸取了武汉锅厂经验,在包头冶金研究所协助下,经过七个月的试验,找到了一种比较理想的铸锅材料。同年十月,通过了鉴定,正式投入生产。 In the past, I used Z20 ~ Z35 pig iron for making woks. The strength of cast-in pots was low, anti-chilling and heat-resistant, poor resistance to oxidation, short life, and high production costs. Over the years, despite much work on melting and molds, it has had little success. In 1982, we started to treat the hot metal of cast iron pot with rare earth, and learned the experience of Wuhan pot plant. With the help of Baotou Metallurgical Institute, after seven months of trial, we found an ideal cast iron pot material. In the same year in October, passed the appraisal, officially put into production.
