随着中国社会的发展,提高人们的生活水平越来越离不开公共管理专业人员,因此,中国对公共管理专业人员的需求量日益增大。如何在保质的前提下实现公共管理专业人员的大幅增长,这是现今教育学者关心的重要问题。本文立足于高校公共管理专业课程体系的现状,对其发展过程中的优势和缺点进行了剖析,在此基础之上对如何完善高校公共事业管理专业课程体系,培养个人能力较高的公共事业管理专业毕业人员提出了可行性建议,旨在实现公共管理专业人才保质的前提下大量增长的目标,使公共事业管理专业毕业生能够更好地为中国的特色社会主义建设出力,促进中国社会的进一步发展,促进人民生活水平的提高。
