在市场经济的驱动下,乡镇卫生院发生了激烈分化,一部分越办越红火,一部分则陷入困境,陕西省商州市上官坊乡卫生院就属后者。上官坊乡是个贫困乡,经济落后,该乡卫生院设备简陋。资金不足1000元,技术差,效益低,濒临解体,职工月收入不足150元,已经丧失了乡卫生院的枢纽作用。
Driven by the market economy, the township hospitals have undergone intense differentiation. Some are getting prosperous while others are in difficulties. Shangguanfang Township Health Center, Shangzhou City, Shaanxi Province, belongs to the latter. Shangguan Square Township is a poor township, economically backward, the township hospitals simple equipment. Less than 1,000 yuan of funds, poor technology, low efficiency, on the verge of collapse, the monthly income of workers less than 150 yuan, has lost the township hospital hub role.
