小口径钻探技术是地质系统重点推广的科技项目,为了加速推广这项先进的勘探技术,局领导多次指示要我厂试制小口径接头。为此我们把试制小口径接头列入厂里重点技术革新项目。并决定了三项工作内容:一、根据勘探所七四年和七六年设计的小口径接头图纸进行改进设计;二、重新设计量具,不使用无锡工具厂的综合量规图纸;三、按照重新设计的图纸进行试制。我们认为勘探所设计的小口径接头螺纹内外径公差过大,相当于国家标准中直径公差5级。同时所设计的内外径公差相同,内外螺纹对称分布。以φ43×6钻杆接头为例,其内螺纹内径为φ32_(+0.05)~(+0.15),底径为
Small-caliber drilling technology is a science and technology project focused on the promotion of geological systems. In order to accelerate the promotion of this advanced exploration technology, the bureau leadership repeatedly instructed our factory to try out small-caliber joints. To this end, we put trial small-caliber connectors included in the factory focus on technological innovation projects. And decided the content of three tasks: First, improve the design according to drawings of small-caliber joints designed by the exploration institute in 1974 and 1976; secondly, re-design the measuring tools without using the integrated gauge drawings of Wuxi Tool Factory; thirdly, Design drawings for trial production. In our opinion, the tolerances of inner and outer diameters of small-diameter pipe joints designed for exploration are too large, which is equivalent to the diameter tolerance of 5 levels in the national standard. At the same time the design of the same diameter tolerance, the symmetrical distribution of internal and external threads. Take φ43 × 6 drill pipe joint as an example, the inner diameter of the inner thread is φ32 _ (+0.05) ~ (+0.15), the bottom diameter is
