心房利钠多肽（atrial natciucctic polypepti-de，ANP）又名心钠素（cacdionatcin），是心房产生和分泌的活性多肽类激素，它具有强大的利钠、利尿、扩张血管和降低血压等作用。近年来国内外有关心力衰竭时心钠素水平变化的各种报道不一，我们为探索心力衰竭血浆心钠素水平的变化，应用心钠素抗体的放射免疫法，测定了35例正常健康人和55例心力衰竭患者血浆心钠素含量，并对心力衰竭影响心钠素水平的诸因素作初步探讨。

It has strong sodium, diuresis, vasodilatation and blood pressure reduction. In recent years, domestic and international reports on the changes of atrial natriuretic peptide in heart failure vary widely. To explore the changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in heart failure, we measured the plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide And 55 cases of heart failure in patients with atrial natriuretic peptide content, and heart failure affect atrial natriuretic peptide levels of the factors for preliminary study.
