目的为焦化厂职业卫生管理与监管部门职业卫生监督管理提供技术参考。方法采用职业卫生调查法、职业危害因素检测法以及统计分析法对某市四所焦炭产能60万吨大型焦化厂炼焦工作场所不同岗位化学性有害物的含量进行检测及分析。结果三所老旧炼焦工作场所焦炉炉顶和炉侧岗位空气中焦炉逸散物检测值为A厂炉顶岗位(0.304±0.035)mg/m~3、炉侧岗位(0.165±0.044)mg/m~3;B厂炉顶岗位(0.303±0.050)mg/m~3、炉侧岗位(0.157±0.050)mg/m~3;C厂炉顶岗位(0.280±0.059)mg/m~3、炉侧岗位(0.168±0.057)mg/m~3,含量均超标,其余化学性有害物质检测符合工作场所有害因素职业接触限值要求。结论新建焦化厂炼焦工作场所空气化学性污染物含量低于老厂,需进一步加块老旧炼焦工作场所技术改造。
Objective To provide technical reference for occupational health supervision and management of occupational health management and supervision department of coking plant. Methods Occupational health survey, occupational hazards test and statistical analysis were used to detect and analyze the contents of chemical hazardous substances in different positions in four coke production 600,000 tons coking plant in a city. Results The values of coke oven discharge in the air from the coke oven roof and the furnace side of the three old coking coals were (0.304 ± 0.035) mg / m 3 and 0.165 ± 0.044 (0.303 ± 0.050) mg / m ~ 3 and 0.157 ± 0.050 mg / m ~ 3 on the top of furnace B (0.280 ± 0.059) mg / m ~ (0.168 ± 0.057) mg / m ~ 3, the content of which exceeded the standard, and the detection of the remaining chemical hazardous substances was in line with the occupational exposure limits of harmful factors in the workplace. Conclusion The content of airborne chemical pollutants in the newly built coking plant at the coking workplace is lower than that of the old one. It is necessary to further increase the technical renovation of old coking workplaces.
