国务院常务会议通过沿海开发规划之后,江苏省沿海三市——连云港、盐城、南通在上海密集举行合作推介活动,借势江苏沿海开发正式成为国家战略,集体接轨长三角龙头上海,谋划打造一个“黄金海岸”。在上海举办的江苏沿海开发恳谈会上,500多位国内外知名企业和外国机构负责人以及各界代表参加恳谈会。海内外客商与江苏签署了50个重大合作项目协议,总投资达1340亿元。
