刘某,女,18岁,农民。1984年12月3日就诊。患者因夜间恶梦惊吓而致精神失常。症见:语无伦次,胡思乱想,沉默抑郁,神志痴呆,不思饮食,夜间幻视,小便清,大便正常,月经如期,舌淡苔白,脉弦细无力。诊断:癫症。证属胆虚肝郁。治宜疏肝解郁,利胆宁神。方药:柴胡疏肝散合温胆汤化裁:柴胡20克,白芍15克,川芎10克,陈皮10克,京夏15克,枳实15克,竹茹10克,苏条参15克,炙口芪20克,炙甘草10克,茯神15克,大枣5枚,香附20克。水煎日3服,5剂后诸症消失。

After 3 days of decoction, 5 symptoms disappeared.
