重症脑卒中患者早期肠内和肠外营养支持的对比研究

目的探讨重症脑卒中患者早期肠内和肠外营养支持治疗的对比研究。方法 2010年6月至2012年6月期间,我院诊治的60例重症脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者,随机将其分为肠内营养组和肠外营养组,对两组患者的并发症发生率、ICU住院时间及住院费用,以及资料后Alb、ALT、GLU等指标,进行观察和比较。结果与肠外营养组相比,肠内营养组患者的并发症发生率明显降低,ICU住院时间明显缩短、住院费用明显减少,Alb明显增高,而ALT、GLU水平明显降低,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对于重症脑卒中患者,早期给予肠内营养支持,可以显著改善营养指标,降低并发症的发生率,减少住院时间和费用,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the comparative study of early enteral and parenteral nutritional support in patients with severe stroke. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012, 60 severe stroke patients with dysphagia diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group and parenteral nutrition group. The complication rates of the two groups , ICU hospitalization and hospitalization costs, as well as data Alb, ALT, GLU and other indicators were observed and compared. Results Compared with parenteral nutrition group, the incidence of complication in enteral nutrition group was obviously decreased, the hospitalization time of ICU was significantly shortened, the cost of hospitalization was significantly reduced, Alb was significantly increased, while ALT and GLU levels were significantly decreased, P <0.05 Statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with severe stroke, early enteral nutrition support can significantly improve nutritional indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce hospitalization time and cost, worthy of clinical promotion.
