介绍了任京输油管道秋季加剂低输量现场试验,通过逐步降低输量的方法,监测管道运行参数,以确定任京输油管道秋季加剂正反输允许的安全输量。研究了原油流变参数受正反输流程的影响程度和输量对原油输送温度变化的影响,并系统研究了任京输油管道自恢复投产以来等效管径的变化趋势,初步探讨了正反输管道的运行规律。
This paper introduced the field experiment of low dosage of autumn additive for Renjing oil pipeline, and monitored the operation parameters of pipeline by gradually reducing the output, in order to determine the allowable safety output of the positive and negative transport of Renjing pipeline in autumn. The effect of the forward and reverse transport flow and the influence of the transportation volume on the temperature change of the crude oil was studied. The variation trend of the equivalent diameter of the Renjing oil pipeline since it was put into operation was studied systematically. Pipeline operation rules.
