中药饮片是中医治疗的物质基础,医院建立行之有效的中药饮片质量控制体系对保障和提高临床疗效具有十分重要的意义。文章通过分析当前中药饮片质量问题,医院在购进中药饮片中所处的被动地位,国家健康事业发展的形势,对如何构建医院中药饮片质量控制体系进行思考,提出新举措:由医院监督饮片原药材在道地药材产区采购,监督饮片炮制生产过程,引进中药材DNA条形码鉴定系统增强验收能力,听取名老中医对中药饮片临床使用效果的反馈,构建一套完整的质量控制体系,达到提高医院中药饮片质量,从而提高临床疗效的目的。
