消费者对旧家电的处理态度直接关系到相关企业进行旧家电回收的积极性,为了提高消费者参与家电回收的意愿,有必要探寻影响消费者参与回收意愿的主要因素。该文基于经济学效用论、消费者行为学等相关理论,将旧家电回收看作“消费行为”的末端环节,梳理了消费者剩余、收入、信息与消费者参与回收的意愿之间的理论联系,并建立关系推演模型。为便于计量,文章以电脑为例,基于500份问卷调查统计数据运用计量软件分析,最终得到消费者剩余、信息、收入均对消费者参与回收有着显著正向影响。
Consumers’ handling attitude toward JiuHaiDian is directly related to the enthusiasm of the relevant enterprises in recycling JH Appliances. In order to increase the willingness of consumers to participate in the recycling of home appliances, it is necessary to explore the main factors that affect the willingness of consumers to participate in the recycling. Based on the theory of economic utility and consumer behavior, this paper regards the recycling of used household appliances as the end of “consumer behavior ” and combs the willingness of consumers to keep their income, information and consumers’ participation in recycling Theoretical connection, and establish a relationship deduction model. In order to facilitate the measurement, the article takes the computer as an example. Based on the survey data of 500 questionnaires, using the econometric software to analyze, finally obtains the consumer surplus, the information and the income both have a significant positive impact on the consumer participation in the recycling.
