茶叶是世界三大饮料之一,从20世纪70年代开始,世界各国先后制定了茶叶产品的农药最大残留限量(MRL)标准,最初限量标准允许农残限量较高。随着科学技术的发展,农残检测水平的提高,限量标准越来越严,允许农残含量逐渐降低。目前全世界已有20个国家和国际组织制定了100多种农药在茶叶产品中的最大农残限量标准。现将有关资料收集整理于后,供参考。
Tea is one of the three major beverages in the world. Since the 1970s, all countries in the world have successively established the maximum residue limit (MRL) for pesticide products of tea products. The initial limit standards allowed the pesticide residues to be higher. With the development of science and technology, the improvement of the level of pesticide residues detection is more and more strict, allowing the content of pesticide residues to be gradually reduced. At present, 20 countries and international organizations in the world have formulated the maximum pesticide residue limits of more than 100 kinds of pesticides in tea products. Relevant information is now collected after finishing for reference.
