针对石墨化生产过程的需要,采用MCGS组态软件作为软件开发平台,研究与设计了一种基于MCGS组态的新型艾奇逊石墨化炉功率自动控制系统。该系统采用工控机作为控制主机,使用RS485总线技术构建控制系统的结构,替代原有人工或半自动控制系统实现了艾奇逊炉石墨化过程的电功率自动控制。该系统在湖南某公司的锂离子电池负极材料石墨化生产线运行历时一年多,完成了120炉次以上的生产。运行效果表明:系统操作简单、性能可靠,石墨化产品质量稳定,单炉次的石墨化能耗下降约6%,能可靠恢复异常断电时的系统运行状态,并表现出很好的鲁棒性和适应性。
Aiming at the need of graphitization production process, MCGS configuration software was used as software development platform to research and design a new Atchison graphitization furnace power automatic control system based on MCGS configuration. The system uses IPC as the control host, RS485 bus technology is used to construct the control system, and the control of Acheson furnace graphitization can be automatically controlled instead of the original manual or semi-automatic control system. The system in Hunan, a lithium-ion battery anode material graphitization production line operation lasted more than a year, completed more than 120 furnaces production. The operation results show that the system has simple operation and reliable performance. The quality of graphitized products is stable. The energy consumption of graphitization in a single furnace is reduced by about 6%, and the system operation state during abnormal power-off can be recovered reliably and shows good robustness Sexuality and adaptability.
