文章以攀枝花3002大桥的拆除为研究对象,针对其承载力极度下降、拱轴线横向偏移较大、振感极为明显、构件连接损坏严重等病害,制定出拆桥方案和监测监控措施,使整个拆除各项指标控制在预设范围之内。在具体实践的基础上,提出了旧桥拆除控制的重点、卸载必须遵循的原则、确定扣索拉力和起吊荷载的控制标准、扣索拉力调整的步骤、起吊交力操作程序等。
