教学的勇气在于教师有勇气保持心灵的开放,我们以培养学生知识习得能力,特别是知识再创新能力为目标来组织教学,我们的课堂活动不再只是简单地由教师来讲授,而是精致构建学生自主学习、合作交流的平台,教师平等地参与到学生的学习过程中,真正实现从以教为主到以学为主的教学重心转移。目前,我们的新课程改革仍处于行进中,也许它还有许多瑕疵,但它开启了我们教师研究教学的心门,我们有勇气在教学中能有效研究教材、智慧地使用教材,把自己、学生和学科编织到生活的共同体中,做好“教”与“学”的完美结合,让我们的数学课堂更加平实、有效、更高效。
The courage of teaching is that teachers have the courage to keep their hearts open. We organize teaching by aiming at cultivating students’ ability of acquiring knowledge, especially the ability of re-creating knowledge.
