本文采用表格法、访问法和实地考察对河南省职业中学养殖专业教师队伍的盈缺情况、结构情况、来源渠道及能力情况进行了深入调查和统计分析,结果表明存在三个突出问题:缺编严重、结构不合理、双师型教师比例偏低.并针对这些问题提出了具体的解决措施.
In this paper, form, access method and fieldwork were conducted in-depth investigation and statistical analysis of the surplus situation, structure, sources and capabilities of professional secondary vocational schools in Henan Province, the results show that there are three outstanding problems: lack of Serious, irrational structure, the proportion of dual-qualified teachers is low, and specific solutions to these problems are put forward.
