韩非是法家的重要代表人物之一,人们历来重视他法、术、势的一面,对其“德则无德”的形上道德问题较少关注。在韩非那里,“道”不仅是万物的始源,还是判断是非的纲纪,而“道”成就万物的过程即是一种“德”;就万物而言,依循“道”成就自身,是一种获得,这样,“道”、“德”、“得”便相通起来。具体而言,“德”是“道”润滑万物的一种外显形式,并体现在韩非“义”、“礼”、“法”的德论思想中,正确认识韩非的这一思想,无疑对我们认识法家思想有着积极的意义。
