我院从1998年10月～1999年12月应用穿琥宁注射液治疗小儿流行性感冒并观察其退烧的疗效,现总结报道如下: 1 对象 选自内儿科急诊40例作为治疗组并在同等条件下应用小儿APC,病毒唑40例作为对照组观察,病例大多有起病急,病程在3日内,伴有不同程度发热,(体温37.5℃～39℃)咳嗽纳差,烦燥,全身不适,鼻部症状较重,咽充血,扁桃体大等症状,对合并有上呼吸道感染常规治疗其他药物照常使用,对以往有退烧剂过敏或副作用者不
