[目的]通过实验探讨甲氰菊酯农药废水处理的新方法。[方法]采用正交试验及单因素试验确定粉煤灰基混凝剂制备及处理甲氰菊酯农药废水的最佳条件。[结果]粉煤灰基混凝剂制备的最佳条件:粉煤灰/酸比为1∶4(m/V),粉煤灰/碱比为1∶3(m/V),熟化温度为40℃;处理废水的最佳条件:投加量5 L/100L,温度为30℃,pH值为4,反应时间为3 h,CODCr去除率为50.91%。[结论]粉煤灰基混凝剂处理甲氰菊酯农药废水效果良好,值得进一步探讨。
[Objective] The experiment aimed to explore a new method of treating fenpropathrin pesticide wastewater. [Method] The orthogonal test and single factor test were used to determine the optimal conditions for the preparation and treatment of fenpropathrin pesticide wastewater by using fly ash-based coagulant. [Result] The optimum conditions for the preparation of fly ash - based coagulant were as follows: fly ash / acid ratio of 1: 4 (m / V), fly ash / Was 40 ℃. The optimum conditions of wastewater treatment were dosage of 5 L / 100L, temperature of 30 ℃, pH value of 4, reaction time of 3 h and CODCr removal rate of 50.91%. [Conclusion] The treatment of fenpropathrin pesticide wastewater by fly ash-based coagulant was effective and worth further study.
