数十年来,虽有许多肿瘤标志物相继被发现,但终因其敏感性不高,或特异性不强,尤以对早期诊断价值不高,因此仍不尽人意。20世纪90年代后期我国科学家与国外协作研制成功的原称肿瘤特异性生长因子(Tumor SpecificGrowth Factor, TSGF),经过近3年多全国300余家医院推广应用,显示出它对肿瘤诊疗具有非同一般的应用价值。从而于1999年12月在全国首家获得国家药品监督管理局药品评审中心批准为一类癌症体外诊断试剂。今就近年国内应用研究综述如下。
