目的观察血必净注射液对严重肺挫伤致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者的疗效。方法根据ARDS诊断标准选择30例患者并随机分为血必净中西医结合治疗组(治疗组n=15)和常规西医治疗组(对照组n=15),两组均给予机械通气治疗。同时对两组相关机械通气指标、疗效和平均住院时间进行比较。结果治疗组患者机械通气时间和平均住院时间均较常规治疗组明显缩短,而治疗有效率也较常规治疗组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净中西医结合是救治严重肺挫伤致ARDS的有效方法,可缩短机械通气和平均住院时间,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To observe the effect of Xuebijing Injection on acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) patients with severe pulmonary contusion. Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of ARDS, 30 patients were selected and randomly divided into Xuebijing Integrative Medicine group (n = 15 in treatment group) and conventional Western medicine group (n = 15 in control group). Both groups were given mechanical ventilation. At the same time the two groups of mechanical ventilation indicators, efficacy and average hospital stay were compared. Results The duration of mechanical ventilation and average length of stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional treatment group, and the treatment efficiency was also higher than that in the conventional treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine of Xuebijing is an effective method to treat ARDS caused by severe pulmonary contusion, which can shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and average length of stay and improve the success rate of rescue.
