目的观察非小细胞肺癌患者围术期外周血角蛋白19片段(Cyfra21-1)表达动态变化。方法连续选择接受手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者41例(手术组)、同期住院未手术治疗同病患者37例(未手术组)和非肿瘤患者(对照组)44例。3组对象分别在不同时间段进行外周血Cyfra21-1浓度测定,手术组3次采样时间分别是术前1d、术后1d和7d,其它两组采样时间均为入选后第1d、3d和10d。结果手术组和未手术组各次外周血Cyfra21-1浓度值均明显高于对照组,而手术组术后1d和7d血清Cyfra21-1明显低于手术前检测值和未手术组同批次检测结果(P均<0.05~0.01)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者有明确的外周血Cyfra21-1高浓度表达,手术切除病灶可显著降低其水平。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of peripheral blood cytokeratin 19 (Cyfra21-1) expression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Forty-one patients with non-small cell lung cancer (surgery group) underwent surgical treatment and 37 patients (non-surgical group) and 44 non-tumor patients (control group) without hospitalization during the same period of hospitalization. The concentration of Cyfra21-1 in peripheral blood was measured in three groups at different time points. The three sampling times in operation group were 1 day before operation and 1 day and 7 days after operation respectively. The other two sampling time were on the 1st, 3rd and 10th day . Results Cyfra21-1 concentration in peripheral blood of the operation group and non-operation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The serum Cyfra21-1 of the operation group at 1d and 7d after operation was significantly lower than that of the preoperative value and the same operation of the non-operation group Results (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion The expression of Cyfra21-1 in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer is high, and the lesions can be significantly reduced by surgical resection.
