根据《处方管理办法》、《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》等相关法律法规的规定,结合本院实际情况建立门诊药房麻醉药品管理、使用、控制体系。在规范麻醉药品临床使用,满足癌痛患者及其他疼痛患者用药的同时,杜绝滥用和流弊的发生。
