支气管哮喘大多是由Ⅰ型变态反应(即刻反应)引起的;部分也可能与Ⅲ型变态反应(迟缓反应)有关。变应原的皮内试验在过敏性哮喘病因诊断中不失为一种简便易行理想方法。本文主要观察支气管哮喘者变应原皮内试验的即刻反应和迟缓反应的发生率。
Bronchial asthma is mostly caused by Type I allergy (immediate response); some may also be associated with Type III allergy (slow response). The intradermal test of allergen may be an easy and convenient way to diagnose the etiology of allergic asthma. This article is mainly observed in patients with bronchial asthma allergen intradermal test immediate response and the incidence of delayed response.
