本文从某厂的聚丙烯生产工艺、聚合反应、操作指标、杂质分析与控制等方面对聚丙烯的平稳生产进行了分析和讨论。本装置聚丙烯的生产是以间歇式液相本体法生产。以丙烯为原料,经丙烯精制,聚合反应,闪蒸去活,包装等系统生产聚丙烯成品。生产中原料的分析和精制是关系聚合反应平稳的重要保证。原料不稳定会造成反应不正常、生产波动较大,催化剂、活化剂用量加大,操作控制困难,致使聚丙烯产品质量不稳定,甚至造成部分设备停工事故。本文主要针对聚丙烯生产中杂质含量的问题开展深入的研究。
This paper analyzes and discusses the steady production of polypropylene from the polypropylene production process, polymerization reaction, operation index, impurity analysis and control of a certain plant. Polypropylene production of this device is based on batch liquid phase bulk production. Propylene as raw material, refined by propylene, polymerization, flash deactivation, packaging and other systems to produce polypropylene products. Analysis and refining of raw materials in production is an important guarantee for smooth polymerization. Unstable raw materials can cause abnormal reaction, large production fluctuation, increased dosage of catalyst and activator, difficult operation control, resulting in instability of the quality of polypropylene products and even suspension of some equipment. This paper focuses on the polypropylene content of impurities in the production carried out in-depth study.
