人才匮乏是制约欠发达县域经济发展的最主要因素。当前欠发达县域在人才工作中却存在结构不合理、流失严重、投入不足、成长生态差等问题。这种现状有观念、制度和经济水平等方面的原因。本文通过对欠发达县域人才工作现状及其根源的分析,提出了改善欠发达县域人才工作若干建议。 Lack of qualified personnel is the most important factor in restricting the economic development in underdeveloped counties. At present, underdeveloped counties have problems such as irrational structure, serious loss, insufficient investment and poor ecological growth in talent work. This situation has ideas, systems and economic reasons. Based on the analysis of the current situation and the causes of the underdeveloped county talent work, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the work of underdeveloped county talents.
