在安装工作中,有时需要将塔吊扒杆加长以增加起重幅度。为了保证使用安全,必须对塔吊进行验算。我们在长期工作中摸索了一种较简便的校核方法。即以原塔吊具有的性能指标为基数,按力学变化的规律减小加长扒杆后塔吊的起重量,以维持原塔吊的各项技术性能,从而保证设备安全运行。以下按加长扒杆处在水平位置、即起重幅度最大的工况进行粗浅的说明,见图1。
During the installation work, it is sometimes necessary to lengthen the tower mast to increase the lifting rate. In order to ensure safety, tower cranes must be checked. We have explored a simpler check method in our long-term work. That is, based on the performance index of the original tower crane, the lifting weight of the tower crane is lengthened according to the laws of mechanical change to maintain the technical performance of the original tower crane so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The following description is based on the condition in which the extended mast is in the horizontal position, ie, the maximum lifting range, as shown in Figure 1.
