目的:建立珍黄安宫片质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别青黛、黄芩提取物、石菖蒲、小檗根提取物,采用HPLC法测定珍黄安宫片中大黄的活性成分大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。结果:TLC色谱申可检出青黛、黄芩提取物、石菖蒲、小檗根提取物,阴性均无干扰。大黄素在0.033~0.669μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率100.77%(RSD=1.40%,n=6);大黄酚在0.102~2.034μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率100.02%(RSD=1.00%,n=6);大黄素甲醚在0.033~0.659μg范围內,线性关系良好,平均回收率100.60%(RSD=1.03%,n=6)。结论:该方法准确,重复性好。可用于珍黄安宫片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Zhen Huang An Gong. Methods: The extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Scutellariae, Acorus calamus and Berberis were identified by TLC, and the contents of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were assayed by HPLC. Results: TLC chromatin can be detected indigo, skullcap extract, Acorus gramineus, Berberis root extract, negative no interference. The emodin showed good linearity with the average recovery of 100.77% (RSD = 1.40%, n = 6) in the range of 0.033 ~ 0.669μg. The linear range was 0.102 ~ 2.034μg with the average recovery of 100.02% RSD = 1.00%, n = 6). The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.033 ~ 0.659μg with an average recovery of 100.60% (RSD = 1.03%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible. Can be used for quality control of Huang Huang Gong films.
