继卵黄囊、胚肝之后,骨髓就是人胚胎主要的造血器官。曾在人胚肝造血的研究中,从电镜下找到一些证据,不能排除肝本身的间叶细胞在适宜的条件下有可能发展成造血干细胞并向不同系造血细胞发育的可能性。它在人胚骨髓的造血中会是怎样的?骨髓发育中实质细胞和间质细胞又是如何联系的?这些问题在文献中虽有所报道但缺乏系统的电镜观察资料。我们对人胚骨髓造血发育中各型细胞的超微结构作了系统的观察和分析,现报告如下。
Following the yolk sac, embryo liver, the bone marrow is the main human hematopoietic organs. In the study of human embryonic liver hematopoiesis, some evidence was found from electron microscopy that we can not rule out the possibility that the mesenchyme of the liver itself may develop into hematopoietic stem cells and develop into different hematopoietic cells under appropriate conditions. How does it interact in the hematopoiesis of human embryonic bone marrow? How are the interstitial cells and the interstitial cells in the bone marrow associated? These problems are reported in the literature but lack systematic observation by electron microscopy. We have made a systematic observation and analysis of the ultrastructure of various types of cells in the development of human embryo bone marrow, are as follows.
