目的研究簕欓根不同提取物的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法用热板法、醋酸致痛扭体法考察其镇痛作用;采用蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管炎症,研究其抗急性炎症作用,采用棉球肉芽肿实验研究抑制慢性炎症的作用。结果与模型组比较,水提取物组、正丁醇提取物组均能显著提高热板致痛的痛阈值(P<0.01),减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05),显著抑制蛋清所致小鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05),抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管透性增高(P<0.05),抑制棉球所致肉芽肿(P<0.05),且水提取物组与正丁醇提取物组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论簕欓根水提取物、正丁醇提取物具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of different extracts from the root of Ziziphus jujuba. Methods The analgesic effect was observed by hot plate method and acetic acid induced writhing method. Egg white was used to induce paw edema and acetic acid induced peritoneal capillary inflammation in mice. The anti-acute inflammatory effect was studied. Inhibit the role of chronic inflammation. Results Compared with the model group, both the water extract group and the n-butanol extract group could significantly increase the pain threshold induced by hot plate (P <0.01) and reduce the number of writhing induced by acetic acid (P <0.05), significantly (P <0.05), inhibition of acetic acid-induced increased peritoneal capillary permeability (P <0.05), inhibition of granuloma caused by cotton balls (P <0.05), and water extract group Compared with n-butanol extract group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Water extract of Ziziphus officinale, n-butanol extract has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
