以低温技术治疗疾病早在十九世纪已经开始用于临床。White氏最早用二氧化碳雪作为致冷物质治疗肿瘤。我国于本世纪五十年代开始应用二氧化碳雪治疗皮肤病。近十多年来冷冻技术有了新的发展,液氮冷冻的医疗方法在临床各科相继开展应用。最近几年报导冷冻治疗皮肤科、、耳鼻咽喉科、眼科、口腔科、妇科等疾病已达百种近万例。我科于1974年也开展液氮冷冻治疗。经过近五年来临床实践,谈谈我们的做法与体会。 Cryotherapy to treat diseases as early as the 19th century has begun for clinical use.
