目的:本研究采用流式细胞技术动态检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者在手术前后细胞免疫状态的变化情况,以得出患者机体免疫功能的变化规律,为适时给予肿瘤生物治疗提供依据。研究方法:检测18例健康妇女的外周血及华西二院和江西省肿瘤医院26例卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者在手术前2天、术后7天的外周血标本,用流式细胞仪检测标本中CD3、CD4、CD8、CD16+56的百分比值。结果:与正常妇女相比,卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者在手术前后的CD3、CD4、NK细胞数及CD4/CD8比值均下降,且差异有统计学意义;CD8细胞数较正常妇女有高有低,差异无统计学意义;与术前相比,术后的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及NK细胞数降低,且有统计学意义;术后CD8细胞数降低,但无统计学意义。结论:卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能低下;经缩瘤术治疗后,短期内细胞免疫功能进一步受到损害;可在术后早期对卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者给予免疫调节剂,使机体尽快恢复细胞免疫功能。
Objective: In this study, flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of cellular immune status in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer before and after surgery to find out the changing rules of immune function in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods: The peripheral blood of 18 healthy women and 26 cases of ovarian epithelial tumor in West China Second Hospital and Jiangxi Cancer Hospital were detected in peripheral blood of 2 days before operation and 7 days after operation by flow cytometry CD3, CD4, CD8, percentage of CD16 + 56. Results: Compared with normal women, the number of CD3, CD4, NK cells and CD4 / CD8 in ovarian epithelial tumor patients before and after surgery were significantly lower than those in normal women, and the difference was statistically significant. The number of CD8 cells was higher and lower than that of normal women, The difference was not statistically significant. Compared with the preoperative, the numbers of CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8 and NK cells decreased, with statistical significance; but the number of CD8 cells decreased after operation, but there was no statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: The cellular immune function of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer is poor. After the tumor is treated by tumor shrinkage, cellular immune function is further damaged in the short term. Immunomodulatory agents can be given to patients with ovarian epithelial tumor in the early postoperative period to recover the cells as soon as possible Immune Function.
