目的探讨男性精浆叶酸、维生素B12与不育症的关系。方法采用化学发光法测定叶酸、维生素B12的水平。结果不育组和对照组精浆叶酸分别为5.92±1.99(ng/ml)、6.08±2.10(ng/ml);不育组和对照组精浆维生素B12分别为320.6±105.7(pg/ml)、636.2±219.4(pg/ml)。结论精浆维生素B12对精子的生成具有重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between male seminal plasma folic acid and vitamin B12 and infertility. Methods The levels of folic acid and vitamin B12 were determined by chemiluminescence method. Results The concentrations of seminal plasma folic acid in infertility group and control group were 5.92 ± 1.99 (ng / ml) and 6.08 ± 2.10 (ng / ml), respectively; the seminal plasma vitamin B12 levels in infertility group and control group were 320.6 ± 105.7 (pg / ml) , 636.2 ± 219.4 (pg / ml). Conclusion Seminal plasma vitamin B12 has an important role in the generation of sperm.
