当今社会已经步入了信息的时代,社会信息化的迅速发展和普及,推动了我国经济的迅速发展和依法治国不断深入。而检察机关作为我国法定的监督机关,是保障国家、民众合法权益不受侵犯,彰显法律公平公正的最后一道屏障,面对信息化时代的工作新要求,这就需要借助信息化建设来实现检察机关工作的创新发展,特别是统一检察机关执法办案工作应用软件的问题显得尤为重要。因此,本文通过分析检察机关应用软件统一工作以及规范化的意义与要求,分析检察机关在统一工作应软件过程中存在的问题,探讨相应的解决办法,以期能够推动我国检察机关应用软件的统一工作,构建统一工作的应用系统,进一步规范检察机关的执法办案,提高检察机关工作的现代化水平。

In the face of the new requirements for the work in the information age, it is necessary to procuratorate through information construction The innovation and development of the work of organs, especially the issue of applying the software to the work of law enforcement and handling of cases by prosecutors, are of particular importance. Therefore, by analyzing the meaning and requirements of the uniform work and standardization of the application software of procuratorial organs, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of the procuratorial organs in the process of unified work and explores the corresponding solutions in order to promote the uniform application of procuratorial organs in our country, Construct an application system for unified work, further standardize the prosecution’s handling of law enforcement cases and improve the modernization of procuratorial organs.
