围绕调车绞车托辊使用寿命问题,在对调车绞车托辊的使用条件,受力分析及传统托辊结构缺陷分析的基础上,设计了一种带拼装耐磨套的托辊。经青岛港4JDM-70调车绞车使用验证,这种带拼装耐磨套的托辊与传统的托辊相比,可提高使用寿命4～6倍。
On the basis of the service life of the shunting idler roller and the analysis of service conditions, force analysis and structural defect of the conventional idler roller, a kind of idler roller with assembled wear sleeve was designed. The port of Qingdao 4JDM-70 shunting winch to use the verification, with a set of wear-resistant sleeve with the traditional roller idler, can improve the service life of 4 to 6 times.
