教师全员培训将作为我国教师教育的常规工作。反思已有的教师培训工作,我们需要关注几个方面的问题:教师全员培训是追求数量扩大还是质量提升;教师全员培训实施是任务驱动的机构垄断还是质量追求的体系构建;培训教师队伍的构建是单一取向还是混合编队;培训课程是面对教师群体的预设还是满足教师的个人需求;培训管理与评价是为了体现管理政绩还是致力于教师发展。理清这些关系和问题,有助于提高教师全员培训的实施质量,真正提高教师整体素质。
The full teacher training will serve as a regular job of teacher education in our country. In order to reflect on the existing teacher training work, we need to pay attention to several aspects: whether the full training of teachers is the pursuit of quantity expansion or quality improvement; whether the implementation of teacher full training is a mission-driven institutional monopoly or quality-seeking system; Is to construct a single orientation or mixed formation; whether the training course is to face the precondition of the teachers ’groups or to meet the individual needs of the teachers; whether the training management and evaluation are to reflect the management achievements or the teachers’ development. Clearing these relationships and problems helps to improve the quality of teachers’ full training and truly enhance the overall quality of teachers.
