教育成功的根本是:教师的观念转变,与时俱进,适应当代学生的心理发展特点。独生子、以自我为中心,一切以自我的感觉、兴趣、爱好、意愿为出发点,不能受到委屈、指责、失败等是当代学生的特质。教师如何适应、帮助学生,使他们成长、成功,是我们教育者的重任。教师要从点滴做起,引导、帮助、创造机会,积累小、快、活的成就,这些成就就是成功的摇篮。“失败乃成功之母”转化为“成功乃成功之母”“教育即储蓄”的观点,我们的教育教学就会事半功倍。
The root of education success is: the teacher’s concept of change, advancing with the times, to adapt to the psychological characteristics of contemporary students. Only child, self-centered, all self-feeling, interest, hobbies, as the starting point, can not be wronged, accusations, failures and so is the characteristics of contemporary students. Teachers how to adapt to help students make them grow and succeed, is the responsibility of our educators. Teachers must start from the drip, guide, help, create opportunities, accumulate small, fast, and live achievements, these achievements are the cradle of success. “Failure is the mother of success ” into “success is the mother of success ” “education is savings ” point of view, our education and teaching will be more effective.
